THE RIGHT TO RETURN PURCHASED PRODUCTS

Because we want 100% satisfaction for all our customers and because each person is different in his or her own way, we offer you a period of up to 30 days in which you can return the purchased products, without any additional explanation.

According to the ordinance regarding consumer protection at the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, O.U.G. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he cancels the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of the provision of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The products will be returned at the customer's expense. Infinity Gift Team SRL will return the value of the order no later than 30 days from the date of written cancellation of the contract, but this period can be postponed until the receipt of the parcel or until the client sends a confirmation that he/she has sent the parcel, taking into account the earliest date. The returned amount does not include transport expenses and fees related to bank charges.

The product should be returned to Infinity Gift Team SRL at the address Baia Mare, Transilvania Street, No. 6, Ap. 9, Maramures County or at the commercial location explicitly specified, by the same means of transport used for delivery. For return, an Infinity Gift consultant will contact the client and determine the necessary details. The cost of returning the product is borne by the client and will be clearly specified by our consultant when initiating the return.

The returned products must be in perfect condition, unused and not worn; the products can only be returned in the original packaging, which should not be damaged (adhesive tape stuck directly to the box, traces of hits, etc.).

In the case of products that have a seal, it must not be removed; the product must be returned sealed. Products made to the specifications presented by the consumer or personalized are exempted from the right of return.

To return the devices, they must not be used, they must include all the accessories with which they were delivered, without traces of hits, scratches, etc. The condition of the devices must be the same as when they were purchased. Any sign of wear on the packaging will result in the cancellation of the right to return it.

In the case of consumable materials, unpacking the pack or removing the seal leads to the loss of the right of return.
