1. What do I need to do to place an order?

There are 3 simple steps. Choose the category that is right for you, fix the budget and complete the corresponding questionnaire. Then send us the address and method of delivery, choose the method of payment and that's it, you have escaped the worry of finding the right gift. You will receive a confirmation email on completion of the order.

2. Do I need to fill in the questionnaire to place an order?

Yes, but you don't need to answer all the questions. Nevertheless, the more complete the questionnaire, the better we can do our job.

3. Can I order the gift at home and give it myself to the person I want?

Yes, but we have repeatedly seen that the maximum effect is achieved when we deliver directly to the beneficiary. The pleasure of opening a gift when you do not know what it is, or who sent it, is unique. It feels like Christmas. But this is of course up to you!

4. Will the beneficiary know who sent the gift?

Yes, normally they will find out as soon as they open the gift. But some of those who hav used the Infinity Gift services preferred anonymity, and specified this on the order form, and the surprise and emotions were of course different. On some occasions when the recipient couldn't guess who it was that sent the surprise, they have called us: interesting, isn't it? :-)

5. Can I choose which gift to send?

« In tuto secretum » is the seal that guarantees that neither the buyer nor the beneficiary knows the content of the package. You can choose the desired category and the value of the gift, but we take care of the rest. The less information there is, the greater the suspense and expectation.

6. Are the gifts sent by you in stock? How long does it take for delivery?

No, the Infinity Gift team looks for the most suitable gift after the order is launched, according to the questionnaire completed by the buyer. We have special relationships with suppliers so that we can get the right gift in a minimum amount of time. However, to be as sure as possible, we recommend that you place the order at least 3 days before the desired delivery date.

7. Can the gift be delivered on the exact day of the event?

Yes, we can deliver the gift on the desired day, provided it is not a Sunday. Unfortunately, on Sunday there are no standard deliveries. A special delivery can be envisaged, but for this please contact the Infinity Gift team.

8. What does special delivery mean?

Infinity Gift is the right solution if you do not want to reveal your intentions to the recipient of the gift. You will be certain that you cannot get "caught" while shopping, during delivery, or even worse, the day before!
To be clear, we can deliver to the restaurant where a party is being held, we can deliver to the chalet on the top of the mountain where someone is having fun, and we can deliver at the entrance to a subway station. For maximum effect, you can choose to preserve these moments as pictures or video clips. All you have to do is get in touch early with the Infinity Gift team.

9. Can I choose a Business Gift for my employees and deliver to different addresses? What about for business partners?

Yes, you just need to send us all the necessary data. Deliveries will be made for each beneficiary separately.
